We are talking chocolate with Dayleen Coleman, founder and owner of D’liteful Chocolat. Not only do they serve up some amazing chocolates, cakes and macaroons, but host classes and workshops so you can learn how to make these yummy items at home. Chef Dayleen talks about how she got started in the business and learned her craft at Le Cordon Bleu London. She also shares how she and her business were able to persevere through a pandemic.

What started off as an unassuming 900 square foot mixed-use space in Lake San Marcos that once housed a yogurt shoppe, went under a major overhaul and grew to host D’liteful Chocolat’s retail, chocolate room, and patisserie kitchen.
With her background in teaching, Dayleen began partnering with local event venue spaces to host workshops to share her knowledge and passion as a chef. Then COVID hit.
